October 19, 2010: Schaumburg, IL — K ALPHA is proud to announce their XRF Calibration Laboratory in the Chicago suburbs has recently expended scope of their ISO/IEC 17025:2005 and ANSI Z540-1 Accreditation.
The new scope includes XRF, Eddy Current, and Magnetic Induction. While there are many accreditation bodies in the world, ISO/IEC 17025:2005 standards are the strictest in the industry. So organizations that want to be ready to meet any new customer contract requirements choose to get their coating thickness measurement equipment and coating thickness standards certified with an ISO/IEC 17025:2005 Accredited Lab like K ALPHA's.
